Spectra Return Policy

Spectra PEMF LLC offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; requests made after this period will not be accepted. To qualify for a return, all products must be in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all components and accessories included.

Spectra PEMF Mats are secured with a tamper seal on the zippers and controller; if this seal is broken, removed, or tampered with in any way, the product is not eligible for return.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% return charge, and all shipping costs—both outbound and return—are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, even if shipping was initially paid by Spectra PEMF LLC.

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns; customers must submit their purchase order number and receive written confirmation before returning any product. Returns sent without authorization or sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted or refunded. Upon approval, Spectra PEMF LLC may provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection and functional testing, and customers will be notified by email upon receipt and informed of refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within five business days and issued to the original method of payment, less the applicable return charge and shipping costs. Refunds will not be granted for products with removed protective seals, visible signs of use or abuse, damage, missing components, incomplete packaging, or returns submitted outside the 30-day window.

Demo units and discounted items are subject to the same return policy and warranty terms as regularly priced items. Exchanges are only permitted for products that are defective or damaged and do not apply to cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality; exchange requests must be submitted with a description of the issue and supporting images, and approved exchanges will be issued a prepaid return label.

Customers returning products using their own shipping method must use a trackable service, and shipping insurance or signature confirmation is strongly recommended for items valued over $1,000. Spectra PEMF LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or disruptions due to weather or natural events.
